Cancellation Policy
PAYMENTS: Please note that all class payments are non-refundable. however, it can be transferred to a person with the required level of experience or alternative date this class will be held. 14 business days of notice are required. The deposit for the class is not refundable, the outstanding balance is due 14 days before the particular class start date.
RESCHEDULE: To reschedule Private classes: 10 business days of notice is required. To reschedule Group classes: 14 business days of notice is required. If you have any questions please email us at hello@chuchylash.com.
STUDENT MODEL: Students are responsible for securing models! If you would like Chuchy Lash Academy to provide a model, notify us at the time of enrollment. Failure to secure a model will prevent successful completion of class requirements and certification may be delayed. (always have a backup model)
