CHUCHY LASH POLICIES

Client satisfaction is our passion. Due to this, we enforce the following policies. Thank you for your understanding. Please contact us with any questions or concerns to the stated policies.

A $100 no refundable no transferable reservation fee is required to secure your booking time.
​
Payment Types: Cash, Venmo, FB messenger, Apple Pay and major credit cards (American Express, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover) are accepted. Checks are not accepted.

Arrival: Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

Cancellations and No-Shows: As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 and 24 hours either by text, email or both. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty. Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service time will result in a 50% charge of service and lose $100 reservation fee. No call/No show appointments are subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

Account Balance: In the event the card on file is not accepted for late cancellation or no shown appointments then an account balance will occur. We require that all clients pay their account balance to zero (0) prior to receiving further services.

Children and Guest: For your safety, relaxation, and the courtesy of other clients, Guest are not allowed unless they are having a service. Kids are absolutely prohibited during the lash service, your lash artist need a 100% focus on you. Please leave your kids at home and enjoy a good lash nap. You need to be 18 years old and older to receive a service at Chuchy Lash LLC.

Other Artist Work: If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at CHUCHY LASH LLC, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price: This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.

Refund Policy: You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

After hours appointment: Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional $30 fee for touch-ups and $60 for full sets. Please contact us directly to schedule your after-hours appointment.

Sickness or family emergency:
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or canceled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of a last-minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no-show policy is in effect.

PAYMENTS:
Please note that all class payments are non-refundable. however, it can be transferred to a person with the required level of experience or alternative date this class will be held. 14 business days of notice are required.
The deposit for the class is not refundable, the outstanding balance is due 14 days before the particular class start date.
RESCHEDULE:
To reschedule Private classes: 10 business days of notice is required.
To reschedule Group classes: 14 business days of notice is required.

STUDENT MODEL:
Students are responsible for securing models! If you would like Chuchy Lash Academy to provide a model, notify us at the time of enrollment. Failure to secure a model will prevent successful completion of class requirements and certification may be delayed. (always have a backup model)
